    6 Week Beginners Course:

    Designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga as  a healing art.  Philosophy, breathing techniques, anatomy and alignment will be the primary focus.  Additionally you will learn how to create a home practice that you can commit to.  This is a private 6 week course and pre-registration is required; no drop-ins.

    Fridays, 2:00-3:00

    This class is perfect for homeschooling families of children ages 8-14.  Each class will offer fun, creative yoga poses and sequences for all ages and abilities, improving strength, mobility, and balance.  We will also practice breathing and meditation techniques for emotional regulation and stress management.  Our studio is an inclusive, permissive, sensory-friendly environment.  Parents flow for free!
